While not to be confused with a wedding planner who focuses on the logistics and esthetics, a Wedding Doula plays a supportive role ensuring their client’s mind, body and spirit is feeling best.

Time and time again I’ve watched my friends stressed
or in full blown tears on their wedding day
and throughout the planning process.
That shouldn’t happen on the most joyful
(and costly) day of your life & it doesn’t have to.
An unhappy bride pulls on my heart strings, so I developed a strategy that includes practical organizational, mindfulness and hands on support tools to cut the stress and dwell in the joy of their wedding day and planning of it.
